Penny Warner, a Registered Nurse, with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing started her practice in 2006. Penny’s background includes 12 years as a critical care nurse and she is a Board Certified Nurse Executive. She has also served as the Director of Healthcare Improvement, Risk Management, and Patient Safety, as well as the Accreditation Coordinator for one of the largest hospital systems in Texas. Penny founded The Texas Lice Squad™ after fighting head lice on her own children. “You would think being a nurse I would have had a handle on how to eliminate head lice. It just wasn’t that easy.
